DELIVERY

We try to guarantee you the best delivery times.
Orders will be received within 24 to 48 hours (excluding bank holidays and weekends). The exact time frame depends on the delivery method.
If a product is unavailable, you can be notified when it comes back into stock by providing your email address and asking for an alert.

Countries outside Europe: The price shown on the product page includes tax by default. Once your account has been created, your basket will register where you live and display product prices excluding tax.
You will then see a difference between the price shown in the product information and the price displayed in your basket (the latter excludes tax).
e.g. A product you want is listed at €120 (including tax) in the product information. If you live in countries outside Europe, when you add that product to your basket, it will show a price of €100 (excluding tax).

Territories and countries outside Europe: Your order will have port tax* imposed by territorial customs services;

You are responsible for paying this tax* and customs clearance charges* to customs and carrier services yourself. 

*We reserve the right to select the most suitable carrier for your order without this affecting transport costs that have already been invoiced and paid.

RETURN PRODUCT

If you live in an EU country, products can be returned or exchanged free of charge.
If you live outside the EU, you will need to cover the cost of returning items.
