Therm-ic Xperience Days

Welcome to Therm-ic Xperience Days taking place on 16 and 17 November 2024!

The event takes place at Le Podium in Poisy (Le Podium, 74330, Poisy, France), from 16 November 2024 09:30-18:30 aor 17 November 2024 09:30-18:30, just a few kilometres from Annecy. You will have the opportunity to experience a IMMERSIVE weekend where you can discover, meet and practice outdoor activities with renowned professional athletes!

Share some EXCLUSIVE moments, in a friendly atmosphere, with 4 films on the bill, 1 conference by Loury Lag - Arctic Mission, workshops and fun activities. Get ready for two days full of excitement and activities!

ON THE PROGRAM:

Film screenings by our ambassadors throughout the day and a conference by Loury Lag on his latest Arctic Mission expedition.

1 access to fun and discovery activities around 5 universes: Mountaineering (climbing wall, learning knots, hypoxia test, inflating a paraglider sail), exploration (pulka pulling, immersion in a polar camp), freeride (down a steep slope, ski waxing*), mountain photography and video (shooting in an extreme environment and expedition photo exhibition) and the Therm-ic world (merchandising, thermoregulation experience).

1 unlimited access to the Chill Zone where several outdoor documentary films already made by our athletes will be shown throughout the day; an opportunity to relax while enjoying a life-size experience.

PROGRAMMING OF FILMS:

Hokkaido Dreams: a wonderful human adventure with Léo Slemett and Aymar Navarro on the island of Hokkaido in Japan to discover this sacred land abundant in snow!

Dream Again: Adriana Brownlee, Therm-ic ambassador and young mountaineer is in search of her 11th and 12th +8000m summits, Gasherbrum I and II. Accompanied by her climbing companion Gelje Sherpa, it is not without difficulty that she tackles these two mythical peaks in Pakistan.

Why are you going up there?: an introspection through the young director Nathanaël Sapey Triomphe, on his adventure in Nepal to climb peaks of +6000m and combine paragliding take-off from the peaks.

Arctic Mission - 77 days alone in the Arctic : Loury Lag, father of two little girls and seasoned explorer, on the assault of the mythical Northwest Passage, which represents 3500 kilometres on pack ice with temperatures down to -66°C! Join Loury for his 77 days alone on the pack ice, as he answers your questions during his conference and takes you into his world of extreme exploration!
